Participants of our facebook competitions acknowledge and consent to the following rules:

 

• The tombola is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, facebook.
• Organizer: Turniergesellschaft Luhmühlen mbh
• The winner of the abovementioned prize will be drawn by lot/randomly selected on the day after the competition by Turniergesellschaft Luhmühlen mbH.
• Cash refunding is not possible.
• There's no right of appeal.
• If necessary, Turniergesellschaft Luhmühlen mbH has the right to discontinue or alter the competition in whole or in part at any time without prior notice.
• Personal data will not be passed on to third parties.
• Participants agree to share no immoral or illegal contents.
• Every, natural person of age may take part. Persons under age are entitled to enter with permission of the legal representatives. Employees of Turniergesellschaft Luhmühlen mbH, linked enterprises and possible cooperation partners, as well as their members are excluded from the participation.
• Every participant can take part only in own name and per lottery only once.
• If the participation requires the sending of materials (e.g. with photo competitions or painting competitions) every participant assures to be a sole owner and owner of all rights of use and utilisation rights in the sent material. Participants acknowledge and agree that submitted photos & pictures may be shared by Turniergesellschaft Luhmühlen mbH.
• Ascertained winners are immediately informed. If the win is not accepted, the Turniergesellschaft Luhmühlen mbH may determine and inform another participant. The originally ascertained participant has no claims.
• Turniergesellschaft Luhmühlen mbH may exclude participants from the participation in the lottery, e.g. in case of manipulation. An exclusion may also be pronounced after the competition.
• Turniergesellschaft Luhmühlen mbH will announce the name of the winner publicly. Herewith the winner agrees, unless he contradicts with the participation.
